Business, Entrepreneurship, & Me
I work with people who are building real businesses in real conditions — often without a built-in ecosystem, boardroom, or safety net — making complex decisions largely on their own, and trying to grow without sacrificing their health, values, or life in the process.
My work sits at the intersection of psychology, foundership, and sustainable business design. I focus on how founders think, decide, behave, and structure their work — and apply that directly to building businesses that support clarity, longevity, and freedom.
I bring this perspective through a combination of education, over two decades of experience across business and professional life, and lived experience spanning rural and regional business, health, hair and beauty, manufacturing, and service-based industries.
This isn’t mindset work layered on top of strategy. It’s psychology applied to the realities of ownership — helping founders design businesses that function well without requiring self-sacrifice to survive.
I’m also a writer and the host of the podcast Shine the Spotlight: The Psychology of Health and Business, where I explore how people build, lead, and live well under pressure.
Outside of work, I’m intentional about balance. I spend time with my family and pets, read and write, listen to music, and make space for quiet, restorative walks — because the work I do is grounded in the belief that success should expand your life, not consume it.
